These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Origine mobile application and related services (“Service”) provided by Origine (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Origine, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Origine, including coffee entries, ratings, notes, and images (“Your Content”).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.

We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content and will not use it for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

The Origine name, logo, visual design, and application code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or design assets without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account through the app. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. In the case of a minor or first-time violation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.
